(1)...Water…the most likely source of infection…do not use tap water for anything, not even brushing your teeth…stay away from it…always use bottled water and preferably add a vivatap sachet to it to make certain it is pure water…take no risks.
(2)…Ice…it’s made from water, so there are 2 choices…don’t use it even in alcoholic drinks or throw a vivatap sachet into the drink…it won’t effect the taste of the drink and it will stop you from getting sick.
(3)…have a Raspberry (cordial that is)…each morning have a glass of raspberry cordial mixed as strong as you can take it…at least 30% cordial 70% bottled water…(if you ever get hiccups have 1oz straight up…hiccups gone…guaranteed).
(4)…No eating of mayonnaise, pastry icing or unpasteurized dairy products….no, no, no.
(5)…No eating of any undercooked meats or shellfish.
(6)…Avoid food and drinks from street vendors except fruit that is peeled while you are there watching…no exceptions…get it.
(7)…Remember the rule of “P’s”…food is safe if it is…
Peelable (while you are watching)…packed…purified or piping hot.
