In these terms and conditions “we” and “us” mean;

and “you”  Means the customer.

These terms and conditions together with your order constitutes the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

This agreement together with any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on the www.vivatap.com.au web page form the conditions of supply of material on, use of and access to the www.vivatap.com.au web site.

Your use of the www.vivatap.com.au web site constitutes an acknowledgement and an agreement by you to accept and agree to abide and be bound by these conditions and any modifications. Information on this internet should be regarded as a substitute for any professional, legal, or financial advice.

We only sell and ship product within Australia and will only deliver outside of Australia with a separate delivery agreement on postage.

An order is only deemed as placed once it has through our internet validation procedure to ensure that the order is authentic and to prevent any credit card fraud. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you by telephone or email.

Vivatap accepts orders by credit card and processed the next working day. All orders will leave our warehouse within 1 business day of the order being received unless we notify you by email. Once the order leaves the warehouse we will notify you of this and of any tracking number that may accompany the order. We are unable to accept any credit cards issued outside of Australia

REFUND and WARRANTY POLICY

No refunds, credit or replacement are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

www.vivatap.com.au warrants that all claims made in the validity of vivatap and its use. A patent was given by the Norwegian patent agency in 2001. That same year, the Norwegian institute of water research (niva) published a report that confirmed the claims made regarding the product

Warranty of products applies to the correct application as per instructions

The limited warranty applies to the product only while the product remains in the possession of the original purchaser and is not transferable

If the product arrives is damaged in transport we will replace the product with the same item immediately on receipt of goods a 100% product replacement applies, provided the company is notified immediately by email on receipt of goods and the damaged good to be posted back to the warehouse.(a no postage return charge applies)

If a customer is seeking a refund- customer will pay postage of the product back to www.vivatap.com.au

Once item arrives refund will be issued less postage costs as charged refund within 7 working days.

www.vivatap.com.au shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such a delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of www.vivatap.com.au shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
